Registration for Adaptive Riding
Session fees are charged at the rate of $38 per week with a $25 annual fee for paperwork processing and rider insurance coverage. Therefore, the fee for a 12 week Spring or Fall session would be $456 and for the 8 week summer session, $304. Fees are charged on a federal poverty rate sliding scale with a scholarship program available to those who may not be able to afford the tuition.
The first step is to complete all of the paperwork, which can be obtained by contacting Sandy Jones: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our office: 509-979-1468. Please note, email requests are preferable, as they allow us to email the paperwork to you as a faster response. Once the paperwork is completed and submitted, the potential rider will be placed on the waiting list. Knowing that the doctor forms can take a little longer we can accept the intake and release forms first but we must have the doctor forms before a new rider begins. As soon as a spot opens up and we get a new rider scheduled we will set up a 30-40 minute evaluation to assess the ability level and the equipment needs of the individual. The charge for the assessment is $40.
